We marked our 11 year wedding anniversary with a delicious meal at home. I reverse-seared a bone-in ribeye steak and paired it with a homemade Chimichurri sauce. After that, I sliced up some perfectly ripe bananas and sautéed them in the remaining steak fond. The result was an absolutely exquisite blend of sweet and savory flavors.
